Our podcast host Isaac chatted with Mid Ulster AC athlete Grace Carson who came 6th at the British European Cross Country Trials back in November 2022 which secured her a spot on the GB & NI team for the European Cross Country Championships in Turin back in December 2022.
Grace was also the first Northern Ireland athlete to be selected for GB & NI at the European Cross Country in 25 years.
