The men’s race was won by veteran Gareth Raven in a British M40 lead, clocking 30:32.

The highlight was a huge PB from Amy Clements who went to second in the British 10 mile rankings, clocking 57:12, knocking 7 minutes off her previous best.

Elswick Harriers Good Friday Relays, UK, 3 April 2015

The men’s race was won by Morpeth Harriers, with Phil Hurst running the quickest 2.2 mile leg with 9:55.

Gateshead Harriers claimed victory in the womens race.

Florida Relays, Gainsville, USA, 3 April 2015

In the womens 400m Shana Cox clocked a time of 52.50 to finish 2nd in heat 1 and Deseree Henry finished 2nd in heat 6 with a time of 53.13.

Stanford Invitation, Palo Alto, USA, 4 April 2015

In the U23 hammer Nick Miller set a British U23 record and climbed to sixth in the all-time UK list with a throw of 75.41m

The 5000m was won by Sam Stabler in a PB time of 13:30.50, 25 seconds better than his previous best.

Chris O’Hare also broke his PB in the 5000m – his first in seven years – finishing 14th in a time of 13:42.00.

In the 3000m steeplechase Zak Seddon recorded a time of 8:36.55 to finish second.

In the 10,000m Marc Scott ran a PB of 28:30.33 to finish fourth.

Kate Avery finished sixth in the 5000m with a PB clocking of 15:25.60.

Sussex Road Relays, Horsham, UK, 4 April 2015

Brighton Phoenix won the men’s race with Charlie Grice clocking the fastest leg of 9:31.

The women’s race was won by Worthing & District Harriers.
