Jessica Judd started her 2015 track season in impressive fashion with a dominant performance in the women’s 1500m, setting a new indoor personal best of 4:14.53.
Kelly Massey set a new personal best to take the senior women’s 400m in 52.95 whilst Chris Kandu equalled his personal best to win the men’s high jump in 2.23m.
The Scottish captain, Jamie Bowie, got his British counterpart Conrad Williams in a closely contested men’s 400m clocking 47.38 to Williams’ 47.52.
Serita Solomon powered to a new personal best in the women’s 60mH to win in 8.13.
Rachel Johncock also set a new personal best to finish second in the women’s 60m with 7.34.

Morgan Lake got her 2015 season off to an incredible start, dominating the U23 competition and setting a new world age-17 best of 4448 points, beating the previous mark set by Sweden’s Carolina Kluft.
Katie Stainton and Ebony Wake also competed, securing 2nd and 8th placing with scores of 3975 and 2958 respectively. Lake’s 1st place combined with Stainton’s 2nd and Wake’s 8th was enough to ensure that the GB & NI team secured overall team gold.
David Hall scored a personal best of 5420 in the U23 men’s heptathlon to finish 4th whilst Thomas Howlett and Mark Cryer finished 7th and 8th.
15-year-old Niamh Emerson took bronze in the U20 women’s pentathlon with a new personal best of 3678, with Anna Rowe finishing just 8 points behind in 5th and Emma Canning taking 8th with 3526.
Anthony Hogg finished 4th in the U20 men’s heptathlon with a score of 5166 whilst Linton Gardiner finished 6th and Lewis Church 7th.

Commonwealth star Jessica Taylor took home the silver medal after recording a new personal best of 4249.
Jo Rowland finished 6th with 4066, Karla Drew 9th with 4015 and Moe Sasegbon 15th on 3793 points.
Liam Ramsay was the highest placed British man in the heptathlon after returning of a period of illness with 5556 points to finish 8th. Daniel Needham started strongly but landed awkwardly in the pole vault, leaving him in 11th place with 5473 points.
Curtis Matthews came 14th with 5268 whilst Ben Gregory came 18th with 4644.
