Kenyan Eliud Kipchoge breaks marathon world record in Berlin

33-year-old marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge has bettered the world record mark for the marathon, lowering the leading mark to 2:01.39.

The previous world record mark, set by compatriot Dennis Kimetto, was also set in the German capital.
