CALLUM HAWKINS RUNS 10K PB AFTER ONE SESSION
Callum Hawkins – who was fourth in the marathon at the World Championships two years ago – ran at 10K PB of 28:55 in Valencia. He claimed it was off the back of one workout session. Results are available here.
Had a decent outing in Valencia today. 28:55 is not bad considering I’ve only done one session(workout) in 2019 due to a small injury. Was a decent run out to get the legs going as I start my build up to my next big target. #thebobproject #newbalance #nbrunning #garmin
