County Associations across England do an important job in supporting the sport and delivering competition opportunities.
Most will be holding their county cross country championships early in the New Year and many are involved in other activity through the winter. To find out more about your county’s championships or opportunities available through your county association please see the information below.
Many of the selections for the county teams for the UK CAU championships will be based upon performances in the county cross country championships. See your county’s website for more details on selection policies.
