As the end of the existing Chair’s tenure in October 2016 approaches, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional, dynamic individual, who will lead England Athletics for the next four years.
England Athletics is the Governing Body for the sport in England. We work in partnership with the wider athletics family, especially UK Athletics and Sport England, to grow opportunities for everyone to experience athletics and running, to enable them to reach their full potential. England Athletics also provides national level competition and is responsible for athlete development beneath world class performance level.
This role includes working with the Board and Executive, the National Council, affiliated clubs and our other major stakeholders, including the DCMS, Sport England, Commonwealth Games England, UKA, the UK Members Council and sponsors, media and other key organisations involved in the delivery of athletics and running.
