U20 and Seniors

The annual cross country championships for Cumbria took place at Hunter Hall School, Penrith. It is a challenging course for all the age groups.

Race 5: the ladies ran 3 laps and the men 4 laps of the undulating course. I captured them when they first crossed the water and then as they went over the hill in the middle field. Some stunning performances and some gutsy ones.
