All eyes were on Munich 2022 for the women’s high jump final as Ukraine’s Yaroslava Mahuchikh in her bid to win her first senior European Championships title.
The final came down to Mahuchikh and Montenegro’s Marija Vuković jumping to win gold at 1.95m.
The Ukrainian won the gold thanks to the count-back rule and deserved all the success.
The top three heights cleared were:
Yaroslava Mahuchikh (UKR) – 1.95m
Marija Vuković (MNE) – 1.95m
Angelina Topić (SRB) – 1.93m
