Great Britain and Northern Ireland won gold in the men’s 4x400m relay at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in Munich.
Matthew Hudson-Smith, Charles Dobson, Lewis Davey and Alex Haydock-Wilson recorded victory in the men’s 4x400m relay in a season’s best 2:59.35, beating Belgium (2:59.49) and France (2:59.64) to the gold medal.
France also recorded a season’s best with the top three separated by just .29s, in an enthralling race.
