At just 19-years-old Greece’s Elina Tzengko won javelin gold at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in Munich.
Tzengko’s throw of 65.81m was a personal best and she beat Adriana Vilagos and Barbora Spota who took silver and bronze respectively.
It was certainly one for the ages with Tzengko ages 19 years and 352 days, Vilagos 18 years and 230 days and Spotakova 41 years and 51 days!
